is Dropshipping?
Dropshipping
is a process of selling Products without having to actually stock
any. You sell the merchandise at a price you determine. After the
customer pays you for the item, you pay us the trade-price and send us
your customers name and address. We ship the product out to your
customer, and the difference between your price and our trade-price is
your profit, all to keep!
How
Does Dropshipping Actually Work?
Let's
say you intend to sell a Game CD from our site
that costs £4.50. You would sell that Game for a price
you would determine, let's use £10.00 plus £1.50 shipping
for an example. After you collect the payment of £11.50 from the
customer and their mailing address, you would forward the £4.50
(Remember UK P&P is just £1.50) to us, and keep the
£5.50 as profit plus keep the P&P to cover your Paypal fees,
never having to touch the Product, as we (the DropShipper) sends it out
to the customer.
This
type of arrangement is extremely beneficial to both yourself, and us.
You,
as the seller, have a way to earn some spare money, having no start-up
costs, no overheads, no packaging costs or headaches.
What
Are The Benefits of Dropshipping?
There
are many benefits to dropshipping. First of all, you do not have any
packaging materials to worry about, as we (the DropShipper) takes care
of all packaging, Postage etc. We only charge
a minimal membership fee for this service, as it is you
that is getting us the business, so both you and us make
a little money.
Another
hassle taken out of the equation is taking the time to package up all
the merchandise. Imagine someone ordering 100 CD's from you. If you had
to package them and then take them to the Post Office to ship out, how
much of a hassle would that be? With dropshipping, you do not have to
worry about it. We do it all..
The
biggest benefit of dropshipping is not having to maintain a warehouse
full of inventory, as that is looked after by us.

Is
There Any Additional Charges To Have My Orders Dropshipped?
TAfter
tyour membership fee, all you pay is the listed price of the item, no
more, no catches. Low UK P&P on all Items of just
£1.50, although active members can have this waived for a minimal
one-off fee.
Are
all your titles available at all times?
We
endevour to keep all promoted titles available at all times, but from
time to to we may sell out, when this happens we will post a notice on
the members area.
Do
You Put Your Company Name On The Package When It Is Sent?
We
do not give any reference as to our name at all when we ship out
orders. Your customers will never see our name or address on the
orders. Your customers will also never see the prices you paid for
the Product anywhere on the order. We do this for two simple reasons.
1)
There is absolutely no reason for anyone to know your mark-up, or our
prices.
2)
In doing this, we help to ensure your customers will continue to be your
customers, and not switch over to some other supplier.
Can
I add your products to my e-Commerce website?
You
sure can! However you will have to add each product manually as each
and every shoppoing-cart system works differently. We provide you with
database/s (where applicable) you just need to copy and paste the
information into your webshops database.
Who's
to blame if I list something on ebay/amazon/etc incorrectly?
You
are, Every item you list on ebay or any other website is your
responsibilty. Ebay can be
very single-minded at times and if they don't like something, they'll
end your auction early...
What
happens if my customer receives a faulty item?
We
will send out an un-boxed replacement direct
to your customer under plain-wrap.
Your customer will be well pleased with your
after-sales support.
What
happens if my customer wants a refund?
This
is upto you, Your the seller, If you want to
refund your customer then do so...
The customer should return the item to you, for
you to resell.
Do
I Have To Have A Business Name Or License To Order From You?
No,
you do not need a business name or licence to buy from us. We sell to
individuals, businesses, distributors, organizations, and other
wholesalers.
Will
You Accept International Orders and Members?
We
sure do... If you can pay with Paypal, then we
can take the order and ship the goods to
your customers, anywhere in the world.
Are
Product Database files included?
They
sure are for around 90% of the products. because we have recently
released Games and these change
weekly for new releases we may not offer a downloadable CSV file for
these ranges.
What
Method Of Payments Will You Accept?
To
make matters simple for the majority of our customers we use PAYPAL and
for some products NOCHEX(Credit/Debitcard) if
you do not already have an account with PAYPAL we recommend that you
get one straight away as this is the preferred method of auction
payments, besides to join our dropshipping scheme
you need Paypal.
Do
You Require A Minimum Order?
Not
at all. We want to make this opportunity available for everyone,
regardless of order size. If you want to place a large order for
resale, or just want to place a single product order for a
customer, both are perfectly fine with us!
Why
do I have to pay a registration/Membership fee?
If
you didn't then everyone would just buy direct from us, By paying your
membership fee shows us your dedicated and allows you to then resell
our software range and make a profit. Our 7 day trial allows you
to check our range, prices and test our service.
Am
I required to signup as a member for any minimum period?
No,
you can signup for as long or as short as you wish - You can cancel
your membership at anytime with nothing further to pay.
